Canyon Care Protection Plan

One plan. Fewer surprises under the sink.

An annual plumbing & drain plan built for Charlotte — a whole-home inspection, drain cleaning, and a water-heater flush every year, plus priority scheduling, member repair discounts, and no overtime fees. Catch the small stuff before hard water and old pipe turn it into a flood.

How it works

Four steps to plumbing that doesn’t blindside you.

Enroll once, and we handle the calendar — a yearly inspection, a drain cleaning and water-heater flush every visit, and a front-of-line seat whenever a plumbing emergency has everyone else waiting.

Enroll in five minutes

Call us or book online and pick your plan. We log your home’s age, pipe material, water-heater make and install date — so every visit accounts for how hard Charlotte’s hard water and older-home plumbing run on your system.

Annual whole-home inspection

Once a year a licensed Canyon tech walks your plumbing top to bottom — supply lines, shutoffs, fixtures, exposed pipe, and the sewer cleanout. In older Dilworth, Plaza Midwood, and Myers Park homes we flag aging galvanized and cast-iron before it fails.

Drain cleaning + water-heater flush

We clear your main kitchen and bath drains and flush the sediment out of your water heater. Charlotte’s hard water builds scale fast — a yearly flush keeps the tank efficient and adds years to its life.

Priority all year

Between visits, members jump the line. When a burst pipe or backed-up sewer floods our schedule, your call gets same-day priority dispatch — with no overtime or after-hours fees, day or night.

FAQ

Canyon Care questions, answered

Straight answers about how the protection plan works for Charlotte homeowners.

What does the Canyon Care plan include?

One whole-home plumbing inspection a year, an annual drain cleaning on your main kitchen and bath lines, and a water-heater flush to clear hard-water sediment — plus priority scheduling, 15% off all repairs and parts, no overtime fees, and a waived diagnostic fee on member service calls. Every visit ends with a written plumbing health report so you know exactly where your system stands.

Why do Charlotte homes need an annual plumbing plan?

Charlotte’s water is hard, and hard water is rough on plumbing — it builds scale inside water heaters and fixtures and shortens their life. Many neighborhoods like Dilworth, Plaza Midwood, and Myers Park also have older homes with aging galvanized or cast-iron pipe that fails without warning. A yearly inspection and flush catches scale, corrosion, and slow leaks early, before they turn into a burst pipe or a flooded crawl space.

How much does Canyon Care cost?

Our standard Canyon Care plan is $189 per year and covers the annual inspection, drain cleaning, water-heater flush, priority scheduling, and member repair discounts. Homes with a second water heater, a well, or a whole-home filtration system may need a slightly higher rate — we’ll confirm the exact price before you enroll, with no surprises.

What does priority scheduling actually mean?

When an emergency overloads our schedule and non-members are waiting a day or two for a slot, members get moved to the front of the line for same-day or next-day service. In a plumbing emergency — a burst supply line or a backed-up sewer — that difference can mean a dry floor instead of thousands in water damage.

Are there really no overtime fees?

Correct. Canyon Care members pay flat-rate pricing around the clock. If a pipe bursts at 11pm on a holiday weekend, you pay the same labor rate as a Tuesday morning — no after-hours surcharge, ever, on top of your 15% member discount.

Can I cancel, and does the plan transfer if I sell my home?

Yes on both. Canyon Care is an annual plan with no long-term contract — you can cancel before renewal at any time. And if you sell your home, the remaining plan transfers to the new owner, which is a nice selling point at closing. Just let us know and we’ll update the account.
